NIVOSTORE.COM RETURNS POLICY
Nivostore.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date, if the product has not been used. After 30 days, product can be returned if unworn and unwashed.
You can return your order to any Nivo store in the United States.
Some exceptions apply:
Nivo gift cards: No returns or cancellations after purchase.
Some Nivo products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
HOW DO I RETURN MY NIVOSTORE.COM ORDER?
Ship your product back to us with the relevant receipts. If you cannot locate our physical address, please call or email us and we will direct you on how to proceed with your return.
RETURN YOUR ORDER TO A NIVO STORE
Bring your packing slip or order number to a Nivo store.
Please note that Nivo stores cannot refund PayPal accounts and may instead offer a gift card at the manager’s discretion.
DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS
Nivo stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available to you.
Some Nivo products may have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. For such products, please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
Nivostore.com purchases: Flawed shoes, apparel and gear can be returned if manufactured less than two years ago. Follow the return steps above.
Nivo store purchase: Return flawed products to the store or another nearby Nivo store.
Authorized retail store purchases:
NIVO: If you’re unable to return your Nivo product to the original place of purchase, please start a claim by contacting us by phone or email.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
If you wish to exchange your Nivostore.com order for a different size, color or style, please call or email us. You can also take your Nivostore.com order to a Nivo store for a refund or in-store exchange.
GIFT RETURNS
Please call us to return a gift without the gift giver being notified or refunded. We’ll help you return the gift for a Nivostore.com gift card or voucher.
